Defination

“Agreement” means these training course terms and conditions.

“Course” means the training course as described on this website and purchased by the student.

“Student” refers to the individual or entity that has purchased the Course as set out on this website.

Prerequisites

We are committed to delivering the course with a high standard of care and expertise. Nevertheless, we do not assume responsibility in the event that the course content does not fully align with the specific requirements or expectations of the student.

Booking

This agreement is deemed to have been accepted by the Student once a booking has been received and accepted by us. Once payment has been made for the training course, it is non-refundable.

Payment

Only clients who have paid the full amount in advance will be entitled to attend the training course.

Copyright

All intellectual property rights, encompassing copyrights, patents, design rights, and proprietary knowledge associated with the course or course materials provided or made accessible in conjunction with the delivered course, shall continue to be the exclusive property of either us or the designated copyright holder as indicated in the materials. Without prior express written consent from the copyright holder, it is strictly prohibited to reproduce, share, or use the course materials, either in whole or in part, with or for any third party.

Cacellations

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and are subject to the following charges:

More than 4 weeks in advance = no charge

2 – 4 weeks in advance = 50% of the course fee

Less than 2 weeks in advance = 100% of the course fee

If your cancellation is illness-related, please contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, transfer your booking to another session of the same course. If for whatever reason we are unable to run the course at the scheduled time, we would do our utmost to reschedule.

Student Satisfaction

Student satisfaction with the quality of the Courses provided is very important to us. Satisfied clients are key to the future of our business. If at any time you are not satisfied with the services provided, or you have a suggestion for improvement, please let us know and we will follow up. Please refer these items in writing.

Warrenty & Disclaimer

insightgen.ai ensures that all our training services are delivered diligently and in a good, workmanlike, timely and professional manner consistent with industry standards. The training services will be performed as described in the individual class agendas. insightgen.ai shall provide such trainers to present the training course as it, in its sole discretion, deems fit and insightgen.ai shall be entitled at any time to substitute any trainer with any other person who, in insightgen.ai's sole discretion, it deems suitably qualified to present the relevant course. insightgen.ai does not warrant that the provision of any content online will always be available or be uninterrupted, timely or error free, that defects will be corrected or that such content is secure or free from bugs, viruses, errors and omissions.
